Customer Notifications
Currently we use a secure Quickbooks system to manage our payables and receivables. All of our invoicing is done through Quickbooks. Email notification has been our primary means of communicating with customers, and now we are incorportating text messaging. Customers bringing in a mount for services can expect to fill out a work order and tag for mounts and all the information is then input into Quickbooks. Emails and text messages are automatically generated once an invoice is created. This shows the customer , price, deposit or payments made and the balance. Once completed, the final invoice is sent via email (and text) to let the customer know that the order is complete and the balance that is due. If an arangment has not been made within 15 days of notification date, a second notification is sent via US Postal First Class mail.

Webinar #2

Getting a good natural appearance in the eyes of your deer mounts is one thing...getting it consistently is quite another. In this webinar we are going to use geometrical shapes to help us interpret our references and some simple math to apply it to our eye sets.

Webinar #1 was conducted on 27 August and was a success despite the techncal problems  we were experiencing with both audio and video. We were able to have some interaction with our viewers and receieved alot of call ins and emails. We do hope and expect that this webinar will be an even greater success and set the conditons for monthly webcasts. Check back here or on our Facebook page http://www.taxidermytech.com for more informations and announcements on our webinars and other announcement.
